Coming into operation
The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 170 and 177(2) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 19931, and now vested in it2, and Article 103(1) and (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 20053.
In accordance with Article 103(4) of that Order it has consulted the Board of the Pension Protection Fund4 in relation to regulation 3.
