The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M1.
The Department of the Environment has been designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the carriage of passengers and goods by road M2.
