EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Scrapie (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008, as amended, by substituting a new schedule. In the new Schedule the following fees are increased—
(a)the fee for the initial flock inspection is increased from £189.07 to £207.61, and
(b)the fee for the subsequent annual inspection is increased from £90.31 to £93.40.
