Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the County Court Divisions (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2013.

Amendments to the County Court Divisions Order (Northern Ireland) 1994

2.  The County Court Divisions Order (Northern Ireland) 1994(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in Article 2, for “seven”, substitute “three”;

(b) for the Schedule, substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
