Exercise of functionsI33

The chief inspector must exercise his functions under regulation 7 so as to ensure compliance with the following provisions of the IED—

a

Article 67 (prohibition of the disposal of waste);

b

Article 68 (control of emissions into water);

c

Article 69 (prevention and control of emissions into air); and

d

Article 70 (monitoring of emissions).
