The Pollution Prevention and Control (Industrial Emissions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013, Paragraph 3 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. 3. Where, following an amendment of Schedule 1, these Regulations cease to apply to a description of installation or mobile plant, all particulars relating to installations or mobile plant of that description shall be removed from the register by the enforcing authority not less than two months and not more than three months after the date on which the amendment comes into force.N.I.
