In regulation 104—

paragraph (11) in sub-paragraph (a), for the words “any amount of the loan in question payable to the student from time to time” substitute “any amount of loan payable to the student from time to time under Part 6”;
b
in paragraph (12), for the words “any amount of the loan in question payable to the student from time to time” substitute “any amount of loan payable to the student from time to time under Part 6”.
