(2) In regulation 33(6) for “20(1)” substitute “17(1)”.
8.—(1) The Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 12D—
(a)In paragraph 5(b) for “pf” substitute “of”.
(b)In paragraph 7 for “Annex IIIB” substitute “Annex IIB”.
9.—(1) The Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 3 paragraph 4(2) for “(f)” substitute “(e)”.
(3) In Schedule 4 paragraph 1(1) in the definition of “carrier” after “Regulation 6” insert “of”.
10.—(1) The Hazardous Waste (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2005 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 4 for paragraph 5 substitute “I certify that the information in A and B is correct and I confirm that I have fulfilled my duty to apply the waste hierarchy as required by regulation 17(1) of the Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011.”
