SCHEDULE 6N.I.Specification for dehydrated fruit juice and powdered fruit juice

1. Dehydrated fruit juice or powdered fruit juice is the product obtained from fruit juice of one or more fruit species by the physical removal of virtually all of its water content.N.I.
2. As well as the ingredients mentioned in paragraph 1, the product may contain either, or both, of the following—N.I.
(a)an authorised additional ingredient; and
(b)an authorised additional substance.
3. No treatment, except for an authorised treatment, may be used in the manufacture of a product.N.I.
