Amendment of the Contaminants in Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013

2.—(1) The Contaminants in Food Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For regulation 2(3) substitute—
“(3) Subject to regulation 2(4), any reference to an EU instrument is a reference to it as amended at the date of making these Regulations.”.
