ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
This Order brings into operation Articles 5, 9, 14, 15 and 16 of, and, in so far as they are not already in operation, the remaining repeal provisions of the Schedule to, the Waste (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 on 11th March 2013.
