In Schedule 1 (glossary of expressions) insert the following definitions at the appropriate places—

• “automatic enrolment date” has the meaning given by section 3(7) (automatic enrolment) of the Pensions (No.2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

• “automatic re-enrolment date” means a date determined in accordance with regulation 12 of the Occupational and Personal Pensions schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20108.
