This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2012 Act) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013.

In this Order any reference to a numbered section or Schedule is to the section of, or Schedule to, the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2012 bearing that number.
