The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (1) and sections 38 and 124 of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 2014(2), makes the following Regulations:
