PART 13 RESTRICTIONS ON METHODS OF FISHING FOR SALMON AND FRESHWATER FISH

53.  Any person who foul-hooks any salmon or freshwater fish whether accidentally or otherwise shall cause it to be returned immediately, without avoidable injury, to the water from which it was taken.
