Annual benefit statementsN.I.

99.—(1) The Committee shall issue an annual benefit statement to each of its active, deferred, and pension credit members.

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), the annual benefit statement shall be issued no later than [F1five] months after the end of the Scheme year to which it relates.

(3) A statement shall be issued before the end of the [F2five] month period mentioned in paragraph (2) where a member makes a request in writing to the Committee, unless the Committee is unable to comply with the request because relevant data is not available.

[F3(4) The statement for an active member must be provided in accordance with section 14 of the 2014 Act.]
