15.   In the Nutrition and Health Claims Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(1), for regulation 5(2)(d) (offences and penalties) substitute—

“(d) Article 7 (requirements for nutrition information) as amended by Article 49 Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011;”.]
