16.  In regulation 2(1) of the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(1) for the definition of “advertisement” substitute—

“advertisement” means a representation in any form in connection with a trade or business in order to promote the supply of goods;.
