In regulation 3(b) (labelling requirements) of the Foods Intended for Use in Energy Restricted Diets for Weight Reduction Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1), for “Tables A and B of Part II of Schedule 6 to the Food Labelling Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996”, substitute “Annex XIII, Part A, point 1 to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers”.
