12. The supply of a worker for the purpose of killing an animal who has—
(a)A licence under the Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) to slaughter or kill animals or carry out related operations; or
(b)A licence under the Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) Regulations 1995(2) to slaughter animals; or
(c)A certificate of competence to kill animals under the Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing (Scotland) Regulations 2012(3).
