EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order provides for changes in the annual salaries payable to members of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland following recommendations made in the Report of the Review Body on Senior Salaries in 2014 (TSO CM 8822) as presented to Government.
It increases by 1 percent, with effect from 1st April 2014, under section 18 of the Administrative and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1962, the annual salary of the President of the Lands Tribunal and all other members of the Tribunal.
Article 3 revokes the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013.
