Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment No. 3) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 and shall come into operation on 11th November 2014.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 3 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
