Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation (Telecommunications, Natural Gas and Water) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2014.
Amendment of the Valuation (Telecommunications, Natural Gas and Water) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20102
For Part 1 of the Schedule to the Valuation (Telecommunications, Natural Gas and Water) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20102 there shall be substituted the Part 1 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
