1. These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation (Telecommunications, Natural Gas and Water) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2014.
2. For Part 1 of the Schedule to the Valuation (Telecommunications, Natural Gas and Water) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010(1) there shall be substituted the Part 1 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
