1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Claims and Payments) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2014.
2. In paragraph 6 of Schedule 8B to the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) (deductions of mortgage interest from benefit and payment to qualifying lenders) for “£0∙35” substitute “£0∙40”.
3. The Social Security (Claims and Payments) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013(2) are revoked.
