Where by virtue of the provisions of section 100(2) (procedure for section 98 orders: unopposed cases) the making of an order under section 98 (revocation or modification of listed building consent by council) in respect of works to a building is required to be advertised, the council must publish the advertisement in the same manner as is prescribed in relation to an application for conservation area consent by regulation 6(1)(a) and (b).
