ACCESS TO JUSTICE
These Regulations deal with aspects of civil legal services established by Part 2 of the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (“the Order”) relating to costs, and in particular:the giving of security for costs (regulation 6);the assessment of a funded client’s resources for the purposes of Article 18(1) of the Order (regulation 7);the procedure for making a costs order against a funded client and for making a costs order against the Department (regulations 8 to 12); andthe determination of costs under an order for costs in favour of a funded client (regulations 13 and 14).
