Provisions of the Act coming into operation on 1st February 20152
The day appointed for the coming into operation of—
a
section 5(1) (disqualification of holders of prescribed offices and appointments);
b
section 115 (exclusion of non-commercial considerations); and
c
Schedule 9, paragraph 2 (minor and consequential amendments: general)
is 1st February 2015.
