Amendment of the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations N.I.

12.—(1) The Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 7(1)(b)(2) (net income: calculation or estimation of N) for “or the Welfare Reform Act” substitute “, the Welfare Reform Act or Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015”.

(3) In paragraph 6(2)(3) of Schedule 1 (calculation of N and M) for “or the Welfare Reform Act” substitute “, the Welfare Reform Act or Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015”.
