Amendment of the Social Security (Deferral of Retirement Pensions) Regulations N.I.

21.  In regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation) of the Social Security (Deferral of Retirement Pensions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) in the definition of “shared additional pension”(2) after “section 55A” insert “or 55AA”.
