Amendment of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations N.I.

27.  In regulation 43(1) (flat rate) of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(1)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (g) omit “and”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (h) insert—

“; and

(i) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015.”.
