Revocation5
On the transfer date the following statutory rules are revoked—
a
the Planning (Control of Major-Accident Hazards) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 M1 except regulation 5,
b
the Planning (Application of Subordinate Legislation to the Crown) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 M2, and
c
the Planning (Electronic Communications) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 M3 except Article 7 and Schedule 2; and
d
the Planning (Control of Major-Accident Hazards) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 M4 except regulation 2.
