5. On the transfer date the following statutory rules are revoked—
(a)the Planning (Control of Major-Accident Hazards) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 M1 except regulation 5,
(b)the Planning (Application of Subordinate Legislation to the Crown) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 M2, and
(c)the Planning (Electronic Communications) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 M3 except Article 7 and Schedule 2; and
(d)the Planning (Control of Major-Accident Hazards) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 M4 except regulation 2.
