Proposals map13.
(1)
A development plan document must contain a map or maps, (to be known as “the proposals map”), describing the policies and proposals set out in the development plan document so far as practicable to illustrate such policies or proposals spatially.
(2)
The proposals map is to be sufficiently detailed so as to enable the location of proposals for the development and use of land to be identified.
(3)
In the case of any contradiction between the written statement and any other document forming part of a local development plan, the written statement shall prevail.
