Amendments to Part 8 (special cases)

6.  In Part 8 in rule 2 (award for or in relation to a retained or volunteer firefighter)—

(a) in the heading to the rule omit “retained or”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(a) omit “retained firefighter or”;

(c) in paragraphs (5)(b) and (10)(a) and (b) omit “retained or” in each place where it occurs.
