In this Article “appropriate council” means the council for the district in which any land is situated.

Anything done by, to or in relation to the Department in connection with its functions under Schedule 1 to the Planning (General Development) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993 M1 shall be treated as if it had been done by, to or in relation to the appropriate council under the Schedule to this Order.
