Consultation before the grant of planning permission pursuant to section 54 of the 2011 Act14

This Article applies in relation to an application made pursuant to section 54 of the 2011 Act.

Before granting planning permission for an application to which this Article applies, the council or, as the case may be, the Department must consult such consultees mentioned in Schedule 3 as the council or, as the case may be, the Department considers appropriate.
