The Department of the Environment makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 32, 40, 41 (and that section as it is applied by sections 58(7), 143(6) and 159(3)), 42(7), 45(2), 54(2) 56(1), 60, 67(5), 171, 185(3), 187(5), 191(4), 229, 242(1) and (2) and 247(6) of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 20111.
