The Department for Employment and Learning makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 70C(2)(aa) and (ab)1, 107A(1), (1A) and (3)(c), 107D(2)2, 112A(4A), 112B(1), (4A) and (5)(aa) and (ba), 112BA(1), 112C(1)(c), 112D(1)3 and 131(1), (2) and (3)(aa) and (ab)4 of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 19965.
