Subject to regulation 24, the provisions specified in column (1) of Schedule 2 are revoked to the extent specified in column (3).

Regulations 6272 (fixed rate revaluation of guaranteed minimum pensions for early leavers), 65 (modification of section 12 of the 1993 Act) and 66 (circumstances in which the modifications in regulation 65 apply) of the 1996 Regulations are saved for the purposes of an earner whose service in contracted-out employment ended before the second abolition date.

The provisions specified in column (1) of Schedule 3 are revoked to the extent specified in column (3).
