9. In paragraph 3(4)(b) of Schedule 1 (the Probation Board for Northern Ireland) to the Probation Board (Northern Ireland) Order 1982(1), after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “or has had a debt relief order has been made in respect of him or is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order”.
