Subject to paragraph (2), the provisions specified in column (1) of the Schedule are revoked to the extent specified in column (3).

The provisions revoked by paragraph (1) are to continue to apply in respect of—
a
applications for interim payments made before these Regulations come into operation; and
b
interim payments made pursuant to applications referred to in sub-paragraph (a).
