34.  Regulation 26(6)(c) of the State Pension Credit (Consequential, Transitional and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1), regulation 15(8) of the Employment and Support Allowance (Consequential Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(2) and regulation 2(2) and (3)(a) of the Social Security (Recovery) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012(3) are revoked.
