35. In regulation 57(4) (additional requirements for applications on grounds of blindness or other disability) of the Representation of the People (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2008(1)—
(a)omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (b)(ii); and
(b)after sub-paragraph (b)(iii) insert—
“or
(iv)the enhanced rate of the daily living component or the enhanced rate of the mobility component (or both) of personal independence payment (payable under Articles 83(2) and 84(2) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015),”.
S.I. 2008/1741; regulation 57(4)(b) was substituted by regulation 6(6) of S.I. 2010/278 and amended by Article 32 of S.I. 2013/3021
