In regulation 2(1A) of the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1978(1) (modification of the Act in relation to incapacity benefit, severe disablement allowance, unemployability supplement and maternity allowance) for “or disability living allowance” substitute “, disability living allowance or personal independence payment under Part 5 of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015”.
