The Housing Benefit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 122(1)(d), 132(3) and (4), 133(1) and 171(1) and (3), of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921, sections 5(1)(a) and 165(1), (4) and (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19922, Article 74(3) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 19983 and paragraphs 4(3) and (5), 20(1) and 23(1) of Schedule 7 to the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 20004.
