In paragraph 3 of the Table in section 56(6) of the Data Protection Act 1998 (prohibition of requirement as to production of certain records)20 for “or Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007” substitute “, Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 or Part 2 of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015”.
