Coming into operation in accordance with regulation 1(1)
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 2(2), 10, 21(2)(e) and (3) to (6), 21A(4), (5) and (9), 21B(1) to (4), (6) and (7), 22(4) and 36(1) and (2) of, and paragraph 14AA of Schedule 1 to, the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) 19951.
Those powers are exercisable by the Secretary of State by virtue of Article 4(1)(b) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20152.
