13. The Magistrates’ Courts (Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) are amended as follows—
(1) Omit rule 2(3).
(2) Omit rule 3(1).
(3) In the Schedule, in Forms 1 to 7—
(a)in the title, omit “Petty Sessions District of” and “County Court Division of”; and
(b)at the end, for “for the above-named petty sessions district”, substitute “at…”.
