The Housing Benefit (Abolition of the Family Premium and date of claim) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 122(1)(d), 131(1), 132(1), (3) and (4) and 171(1), (3) and (4), of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921, sections 5(1)(b) and 165(1) and (5) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19922 and now vested in it3, and section 60(1) to (4) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 20004.
